It is not required that you use these templates, but the more information you can include in your submissions, the better!
Please note that if your work contains romantic or romantic-coded content, you’ll need to rate that content (from zero, no romance, to five, high romance) and provide a short advisory for what romantic or romantic-coded content is included. This allows romance-repulsed people to make informed choices about the media they enjoy.
(For example: kissing, embracing, physical intimacy, etc.)
If your work contains non-explicit sexual references, you’ll need to advise for this in the post itself. If your work contains explicit sexual references or depictions, you’ll need to advise for this in the post itself and make sure the content is placed behind a keep reading cut or hosted offsite.
Please note that I do not want submitters tagging their content–I will do that myself.
All creators of fanworks need to name the fandom/property and the characters depicted somewhere in the post. I am not familiar enough with all fandoms to know from where your characters might come, and I need to be able to tag all fandoms for blacklisting purposes.
Creators should feel welcome to link to their blogs, publishers, stores, vendors, Patreons and Ko-fi accounts. If you’re making aro creations, it is absolutely acceptable to make it easy for aro audiences to support you.
Works in languages other than English are welcome, but please indicate this!
Please note that submitted content may be posted to the WordPress site as well as Tumblr. You may submit via a Tumblr submission.
If your work doesn’t contain an off-site link, I’ll also see it if it’s posted to Tumblr’s #arospec creations tag.

Things to keep in mind:
- Amazon is omnipresent in the US, but not quite so much in other countries. Listing only an Amazon link to your published works can be quite frustrating for non-Amazon users. At the very least, a link to your personal website or Goodreads helps some in letting the rest of us track down your work.
- If you are not linking to a piece posted elsewhere, and it is longer than a couple of paragraphs, please place the bulk of your text under a read more cut.
- If you’re posting a cover image as well as a link to your book, an image description of your cover placed under a read more cut would be helpful. This lets users of screen readers know what your cover looks like.

Artwork
There’s no real written information required if it is worksafe, but I would appreciate if you would, if posting fanart, list the fandom it is from and the names of the characters depicted. This is because I am not familiar with many fandoms and will need this information for tagging purposes.
If it is possible for you to provide an image description, I would be also grateful.
Conversations
Feel free to talk however you wish about aro media, aro creativity and aro representation, but keep it worksafe and polite. There will be folk who feel very differently about certain works, fandoms or characters, and that’s fine–wonderful, even–as long as we respect each other’s viewpoints.
Any inability to do this will result in offenders being blocked.
